As reported by the Kansas City Star earlier today regarding Patriots Linebacker Mike Vrabel, it has been confirmed that he is now a Chief.
33 year-old Vrabel has enjoyed the glory days with New England with Pioli. Now Vrabel will follow Pioli to KC to possibly finish out his career.
The terms of the trade are undisclosed, however, it's been speculated that multiple draft picks were used to obtain the veteran.
Vrabel has played 12 years in the NFL.
Even though Vrabel is on the wrong side of 30, he will bring a much needed veteran leadership to a young team getting younger. Vrabel's work ethic and championship experience should bolster a weak linebacking core.
