Chiefs Add CB Travis Daniels
By: SCUBA

The Chiefs have released that they have agreed to terms with cornerback Travis Daniels.
Daniels, 26, played at LSU and started his rookie year with the Dolphins in 2005. Daniels played for Cleveland last year as a backup.
Daniels will be expected to compete for the glaring hole at CB left by the
release of Patrick Surtain.
Although it wouldn't have mattered if you had Deion Sanders in that position, it really wouldn't have made a difference. The Chiefs still stunk-it-up with pass coverage in 2008, having ranked 28th against the pass.
Daniels will get a second chance to once again be a starting CB in 2009.
