Thigpen traded to the Dolphins

Chad Henne don't put your helmet on just yet, you may be holding that clipboard for a little longer.
After a season-ending
shoulder injury to Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington it looked as if Henne might become the starter. However, the Chiefs have traded third-string QB Tyler Thigpen to the Dolphins for an undisclosed 2010 draft pick.
Thigpen is a solid backup QB who is very mobile and can make most throws on the run. Thigpen needs an wide open, pass-first offense to flourish, as we saw last year in Chan Gailey's offense. I'm just not sure if the Miami offense is the best place for him.
