01
Your account
An account is for one person. Don't share login credentials. Username and avatar are public; everything else stays private.
We can suspend an account for spam, impersonation, harassment, or for trying to break the platform. We'll always tell you why.
02
RSVPs and the door
An RSVP is a promise to show up. We hold a spot for you. If you can't make it, cancel the RSVP so the next person on the waitlist can come in.
Repeated no-shows lower your priority on future nights. Three in a row may pause your account.
Doors close when the room is full. If we say it's a 9pm door, we mean 9pm.
03
Comments and the conversation
We moderate. Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, and slurs get removed and may end your account.
Voice notes and photo replies follow the same rules. Don't post anyone else's face without their consent.
Chief reserves the right to remove or hide any comment, including yours, for any reason. Soft-delete keeps it in the audit log.
04
Photos at the nights
We sometimes shoot and publish photos and short clips from the nights. The master switch is your photo opt-in at signup.
If you change your mind during a night, tell a host or the photographer and we'll mark you out before publishing.
If you find a published photo of yourself you want removed after the fact, email hello@chiefshouse.com and we'll take it down.
05
Membership
Membership is free and comes with your account. There is no fee, nothing to renew, and nothing to refund.
It is about access, not price. Members-only nights open to you, and the house sometimes drops coupon codes for a discount or the free list. Every ticket costs the same for everyone otherwise.
06
Advertising and partnerships
Brand partners sponsor specific surfaces (bar of the night, polls, DJ openers, pre-rolls, banners). Every sponsorship is labelled.
We don't take partners whose product or message conflicts with the room. The list is on Chief's call.
07
What we don't promise
We host the room, not the streets to and from it. Get home safe.
We do our best on uptime, RSVP accuracy, and reminders. Bugs happen. We fix fast.
Specific event details (line-up, address, time) can change. We email every RSVP when they do.
08
Changes to these terms
We update this page when things change. The last updated date is at the top. Major changes get emailed to active accounts.
